Withers Social Studio Terms of Use

Withers Social Studio is a private installation of Brightbean Studio operated by Withers XYZ Pty Ltd at https://post.withers.co. Access is limited to people authorised by the operator to manage its social accounts.

By using the application, you agree to these terms.

Authorised use

Only connect accounts you own or have permission to manage. Only upload and publish content you have the right to use, including any required permissions for images, video, music and personal information. Follow the rules of each connected social platform and applicable law.

Review the selected account, content, audience and publishing time before scheduling or publishing. Keep your login and API credentials confidential, and report suspected unauthorised access to josh@withers.co.

Connected platforms and service availability

Social platforms control their own permissions, limits and publishing requirements. Connections may expire or require renewed authorisation. Scheduling a post does not guarantee that a platform will accept or publish it; check the publishing result in the application and on the platform.

The operator may update, restrict or suspend access for maintenance, security or misuse.

Your content and information

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You authorise the application to store, process and send that content to the platforms you select to carry out your instructions.

Our Privacy Policy explains how the application handles information. Our Data Deletion Instructions explain how to request removal. Deleting content from the application does not automatically delete content already published on a social platform.
